RESERVATION Terms & Conditions
Your reservation is not a confirmed booking.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars.
We strongly recommend you reserve a slot at least three days in advance.
Full payment must be made to SUP Venture’s via PayNow upon confirmation of time slot and instructor by a Sup Venture’s Community Manager.
Your booking is NOT confirmed until waiver and payment completion.
Do arrive at least 15mins before your session.
If you arrive late but within your time slot, you will be allowed to paddle up to the end of your time slot. No overruns allowed.
If you arrive after your time slot ends, you will be considered a no-show and your payment forfeited. You will have to make a new booking subject to instructor and slot availability.
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your session.
Strictly no refunds for late cancellations and no shows.
SUP Venture’s reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule the activity in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
You should be comfortable swimming at least 50m in the ocean.
Children who are 8 years old and below are not allowed to paddle unless accompanied by an adult.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable level of fitness to undertake Stand-up Paddle Boarding. Seek the advice of your doctor for specific health recommendations and/or for any pre-existing health concerns.
SUP Venture’s will not be held liable for any medical expenses or related costs in the case of death, injury or hospitalisation of a participating paddler. Please see waiver for more.
